Psychiatric Medical Director
Boston, MA (On Site)

The Medical Director will oversee the Medical Services at all the Programs through Casa Esperanza. The incumbent will oversee medication reconciliation process, supervise medical and nursing team, approve assessments and evaluations, and provide consultation and supervision to on-site medical staff. Required Massachusetts Licensed Medical Doctor - Board Certified MD - Must be certified to prescribe buprenorphine and other medication assisted treatment for substance use Medicaid/Medicare enrolled provider.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Boston, MA (On Site)

The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) will provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management services at Casa Esperanza, Inc. The PMHNP will work in coordination with outpatient counseling services to provide psychiatric services to adult and youth clients with behavioral health issues. Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Nursing with focus on Psychiatric nursing. At least 1-2 years providing direct client care to persons receiving treatment for psychiatric disorders. Must be certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMH) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
