Executive Director, Quality

Quad City Ambulatory Surgery Center is currently seeking an Executive Director to lead its
operations. Quad City Ambulatory Surgery Center is a two ORASC specializing in orthopedics
and pain management. The position will provide leadership, direction, and administration on all
aspects of the ASC. The qualified candidate must have a strong commitment to patient care,
knowledge of ASC operations including compliance with ASC regulations and AAAHC accreditation, and be able to provide effective financial oversight of the Center. Candidates must be an RN (BSN preferred) or MBA/MHA with a minimum of three years' experience in ASC or OR management. Apply to join our team today!

Improvement RN Coordinator

Quad City Ambulatory Surgery Center is currently seeking a Quality Improvement RN
Coordinator. Quad City Ambulatory Surgery Center is a two OR ASC specializing in orthopedics
and pain management. The position will oversee and evaluate current standard of care adoption
in the ASC, direct AAAHC accreditation preparedness and regulatory compliance including the development and writing of Center policies, and analyze infection data for the Center. In
addition, approximately 40% of the position will include working as a staff nurse assisting with
surgical procedures. The qualified candidate must have a strong commitment to patient care,
OR surgical experience, and knowledge of ASC operations including compliance with AAAHC
accreditation. Candidates must be an RN (BSN preferred). Experience in an ASC or in a hospital
