Clinical Supervisor
League Treatment Center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to assist with the oversight of the day-to-day operation of the Article 31 clinic and the Child and Family Treatment and Supportive Services Program (CFTSS), including assisting with community outreach and intake assessment, screening new admissions, supervising clinicians, monitoring and approving all clinical documentation, assisting with crisis interventions, collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team, facilitating clinical meetings, maintain small caseload, and ensure productivity targets are program outcomes are being met.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for providing direct supervision to clinician staff, reviewing, and approving clinical documentation and timesheets.
· Maintain clinical supervision log.
· Conduct chart reviews to assess patterns and trends.
· Assisting with hiring, training, assigning caseloads, and performance reviews of clinical staff.
· Maintains open and active caseload, providing psychotherapy.
· Provide coverage and supervision during staff absences and participate in and manage on-call rotation for after hours and crisis calls.
· Facilitating case conferences and other clinical meetings
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other mental health professionals.
· Participating in bi-weekly high-risk committee meetings
· Cooperate and assist with incident management and other quality assurance requirements.
· Utilize electronic health records to document and track client’s history, profile, and progress.
· Track clinical licensure monitoring.
· Other clinical and administrative duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be an LCSW and possess 3 years of direct clinical experience, 1 year of clinical supervisory experience, strong management, leadership, and communication skills. Candidate should have familiarity and the ability to efficiently navigate EHR, Microsoft Office, and ZOOM. Training experience preferred, experience with audits, quality assurance preferred. Bi-lingual Spanish, French, or Creole preferred. Candidates must be available to work 2 Saturdays out of the month.
