The Kenny Rogers Children’s Center is a state-of-the-art outpatient pediatric therapy center that has been making a difference in the lives of children with special needs for nearly 50 years! We are currently offering full-time, part-time, and contract opportunities to join our team of dedicated PT’s, OT’s and Speech therapists (currently 19) that pride themselves in providing quality pediatric therapy not only in our facility but also to area public schools.

Our therapists treat one-on-one with the exception of special group sessions such as Food School, Community Group or Social Skills Group.

We offer many specialized services and are very pro-education, encouraging our therapists to always continue learning.


We offer mentorship to new graduates and our Clinical Coordinator is always available for support. With a large number of therapists on staff, there is always someone around to share ideas with, discuss issues with, to ask questions of and provide an overall team atmosphere.

● Provide progressive treatments including an intensive suit therapy program, CIMT program, adaptive sports, Ayres Sensory Integration intervention, AAC evaluations and many other specialized services with state-of-the-art equipment including a Motion Analysis Lab

● Excellent work schedule, Mon-Thu 8:00am - 5:00pm and Fridays 8:00am - 2:30pm

● No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays, No Call

Our full-time positions offer an exceptional benefits package including:

● Tuition Assistance - after 1st year of employment; $1,000/yr up to $10,000

● Health insurance 100% employer paid with $1500 deductible

● $50,000 life insurance policy paid by the company

● Professional Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate)

● 10 Vacation days per year

● 8 paid holidays per year (minimally)

● Continuing Education Allowance - $750 increasing every two years thereafter

● Annual Licensing fees paid by company

● Christmas holidays– The Center closes for approximately 8-10 days, following school calendars, which is paid time off.

Evaluate, establish, implement & re-assess Individualized Occupational Therapy programs for children.

Job Description:

● Screen and evaluate children using standardized tests, clinical observations and caregiver inquiries.

● Establish & implement individualized treatment programs including child’s history, strength, weaknesses therapeutic interventions & goals.

● Reassess the child's performance on an ongoing basis and adjust the treatment program accordingly.

● Consult and educate caregivers to enhance the implementation of the treatment program.

● Participate as an active member within a multi-disciplinary team.

● Provide accurate and timely documentation (daily, monthly & annual evaluation & discharged summary).

● Participate in on-going continuing education to further enhance your skills and knowledge.


● Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and a Missouri License
