At AACI we understand that many individuals in our community struggle to find the care they need, and that's where you come in. We are excited to introduce Enhanced Care Management (ECM), a new statewide Medi-Cal benefit designed to support eligible members with complex needs. As an ECM Case Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating services for our clients and connecting them to the quality care they deserve, including mental health, dental, and medical services. Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00 Hourly

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or behavioral health related field, or equivalent training and experience.
• One year or more of case management or related experience.
