The on-site medical team is looking for a qualified professional Mid-Level Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). Monday – Friday, no weekends!!

 
Education and Work Experience:

·PA, FNP required, current unrestricted licensure, National Certification
 as Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant.

Competencies:

· Excellent oral and written communication

· Interpersonal and negotiation skills

· Ability to prioritize and direct resources appropriately.

· Ability to work with multiple customers within the site and be customer 
  focused.

· Ability to manage cross functional teams and represent site’s vision

·Ability to communicate with medical professionals in the community
 including local and state

  health departments and EMS

· Focused on patient/employee confidentiality issues and its application to
  Disability, EHS and Human Resources

· Clinical acumen in delivering preventative care (Prevention & Wellness
  Services)

· Goal directed, self-starter, agile

· Must be flexible and highly adaptive to change.
