Occupational Health Team is looking for a qualified professional RN
Education & work experience:
- RN, BSN preferred,current licensure
- COHN-S, MPH preferred, or evidence of continuing education in occupational health or equivalent a plus
- Experience in an occupational health setting or relevant nursing experience
- Experience working in large, matrixed organization
- Experience with EMRs
- Experience with data tracking, analyzing and trending as well as reporting information
Competencies:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills
- Experience in wellness program implementation a plus
- Experience with EAP programs and referrals a plus
- Ability to prioritize and direct resources appropriately
- Ability to work with multiple customers within the site and demonstrate; customer focus and satisfaction
- Ability to communicate with medical professionals in the community including local and state health departments and EMS
- Ability to focuse on patient/employee confidentiality and its application to Disability, EHS and Human Resources
- Goal directed, self-starter
- Proactive inapproach, metric driven
- Demonstrate leadership ability; active in professional organizations
- CPR/AED certification a plus
- Proficient and certified in the operation of evidential breath tests and urine/oral/hairspecimen collections a plus
