SALARY: $42,550.00 - BACHELOR'S DEGREE
$46,250.00 - MASTER'S DEGREE
$50,800.00 - DOCTORATE DEGREE
** Salary is negotiable dependent on the experience and degree of the candidate. The salaries listed above are the negotiated base salaries approved by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Additional compensation is available should a faculty member wish to pick up additional workload(s), or work an additional semester.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sharing your expertise with pre-licensure nursing students interested in entering the profession. All faculty serve as role models to help students grow and develop into safe practitioners. This Faculty position is a 180 day , two-term contract. For information regarding Faculty 180 Day Contracts, please visit our FSCJ Collective Bargaining Agreement by clicking on the link below. Please refer to page 42. Faculty may be offered an oppurtunity to teach fifteen (15) workload units in a third full term during their contract year (Please refer to page 51) for an additional $12,000 that will be added to the member;s base salary for that year.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
At a minimum, the selected candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution, a Florida or Compact Florida Nursing License, and three (3) years of experience. Additionally the preferred candidate will have a Masters degree from a regionally accredited institution.
