St. Luke's Hospital is currently looking for full time and part time Medical Technologists or Medical Lab Technicians. St. Luke's has two campuses, located in Chesterfield and Des Peres, in St. Louis Missouri.

Medical Technologist OR Medical Lab Technicians

Chesterfield Campus:
Blood Bank - full time day shift **$7,500 sign on bonus**
Chemistry - full time day shift **$7,500 sign on bonus**
Microbiology - part time day shift

Des Peres Campus:
Clinical Lab - full time day shift **$10,000 sign on bonus**

Brief Job Description:

Performs a variety of laboratory procedures, some of which are complex, involving numerous steps and techniques, operates various laboratory instruments, and may be required to use independent judgment. The principles and techniques of good laboratory practice are required to produce test results, which aid the physician in diagnosis and treatment. These specific tasks will allow the Laboratory technician to play a part in the giving of quality patient care in a safe working environment. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.

Requirements for Medical Technologist:
- Bachelor's Degree Clinical Lab Science
- Medical Technologist Certification required
***New Grads will be given 1 year from start date to obtain Medical Technologist Certification***
Certification requiring educational maintenance by the certifying agency must be kept current and valid.

Requirements for Medical Lab Technician:
- Associates Degree in Clinical Lab Science or certified technician on-the-job or military trained tech certification required
- Medical Lab Technician Certification required
***New Grads will be given 1 year from start date to obtain Medical Lab Technician Certification***
Certification requiring educational maintenance by the certifying agency must be kept current and valid.
