Job Summary:
This position supports the Practice Administrator in the responsibilities for the daily operational needs of the clinical area including assisting in staff and resources. This position will work with the Practice Administrator, physicians, and support staff to ensure an effective and efficient department.
Environmental Hazards:
Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.
Required:
-Licensed Practical Nurse License required
-Current licensure in the state of Oklahoma
-Minimum 2 years of experience as an LPN, including direct patient care, triage, procedures, and medication administration
-Valid Driver's License required
- Current CPR certification required
Skills, Proficiencies, and Knowledge:
Computer/typing skills and proficiency in Electronic Medical Records software, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and other programs.
Preferred:
-Experience working/managing a back office clinical setting
-Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system
