Registered Nurse (FT)

This essential position provides health services to adults recovering from mental illness in two programs, PROS (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services) and ACT (Assertive Community Treatment). He/she conducts physical assessments, determines physical health needs, refers to community physicians for needed medical treatment, assists medical staff and manages and administer medication, and provides a range of direct treatment, support, and rehabilitation services to program consumers.

The RN has responsibility service coordination and chart documentation. The RN must have the requisite educational degree and training to meet the NYS RN credential. Experience with adults who have mental illness a plus. Current driver’s license required. COVID vaccination preferred.
