Full time Director of Nursing / RN

Sign on bonus $5,000

Community Health Center is looking for a caring and compassionate Registered Nurse for leading and supervising our facilty. Community Health Center offers quality care combined with a warm caring family like atmosphere where residents feel at home.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements


  • Must have a minumum of an ADN degree from accredited college or university

  • Must be currently licensed/registered in the stae of Oklahoma. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment. RN license also paid by the facility.

  • 2 to 3 year supervisory experience in long term care desired.

  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment. CPR certification will be paid by the facilty.


Specific Job Requirements:


  • This position is ultimately responsible and accountable for the nursing care received by our residents.

  • Direction the nursing program including and implementing new policies and procedures when necessary.

  • Overseeing the hiring, terminating and development of our nursing staff.

  • Communicating with families, residents and physicians when needed.

  • Participating in resident care plans

  • Responsible for ensuring the nursing staff is compiant with all local, state and federal regulations.

  • Provides on-call support when needed.

  • Perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: resident rights, safety and sanitation.

  • Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential informaiton

  • Must be able to assign appropriate level of RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs per shift.
