We are looking for a Nurse Administrator. As a senior leader you will embody our values of excellence, integrity and accountability while modeling a one team approach to person-centered services. You will provide leadership and direction to a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Medical Transport Professionals providing care to 60 residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities across ten (10) ICF-DD-H licensed group homes. You will work closely with the residential team and others across the organization to ensure a high quality, safe and meaningful living experience for residents receiving services.   

Salary Range: Depending on Experience

Who you are:

  • Take pride in managing a quality program across ten (10) 24-hour ICF-DD-H residential facilities (“Group Homes”)

  • An innovator in quality nursing services who is continually raising the standards

  • An advocate with active observation for the rights and best interests of adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities

A typical day will include:

  • Ensuring consistency of care throughout the group homes and maintaining licensing standards as a quality choice provider

  • Assessing effectiveness through service delivery and staff performance

  • Responding to and advising multiple oversight agencies on corrective and recommended actions

  • Overseeing staffing and personnel decisions

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) in CA

  • 2+ years of hands on experience with people with disabilities in a residential setting

  • 1+ year of supervisory experience of medical professionals

  • Strong applied experience with Titles 17 & 22

  • Valid CA Driver’s License with clean driving record; your own transportation to multiple work sites

We’d love it if you:

  • Had prior experience as a Nurse Administrator

  • Are a super user of electronic case management systems (Therap)
