We are looking for a Nurse Administrator. As a senior leader you will embody our values of excellence, integrity and accountability while modeling a one team approach to person-centered services. You will provide leadership and direction to a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Medical Transport Professionals providing care to 60 residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities across ten (10) ICF-DD-H licensed group homes. You will work closely with the residential team and others across the organization to ensure a high quality, safe and meaningful living experience for residents receiving services.

A typical day will include:
- Ensuring consistency of care throughout the group homes and maintaining licensing standards as a quality choice provider
- Assessing effectiveness through service delivery and staff performance
- Responding to and advising multiple oversight agencies on corrective and recommended actions
- Overseeing staffing and personnel decisions
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Registered Nurse (RN) in CA
- 2+ years of hands on experience with people with disabilities in a residential setting
- 1+ year of supervisory experience of medical professionals
- Strong applied experience with Titles 17 & 22
- Valid CA Driver’s License with clean driving record; your own transportation to multiple work sites

- Are a super user of electronic case management systems (Therap)
