Registered Nurse
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program needs a Registered Nurse to work full time, 30 hours per week.
Nurse will provide support to the Behavioral Health Home Department including; facilitate the exchange of information between health care professionals and staff, follow up on client's medical documentation, provide physical assessments, responsible for health education and training, and coordinate hospital admissions and discharges.
Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland, BA in Nursing preferred. Three years experience providing direct care to individuals with psychiatric and mental illness a plus.
