Mid-level Providers

Northwest Renal Clinic, Inc. is seeking a full-time mid-level provider that will provide high-quality care to dialysis patients in accordance with accepted professional practice standards. This individual will travel to their assigned dialysis units to see patients while they are dialyzing.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality health care through direct assessment, diagnosis, and formulation/implementation of treatment plans for patients on hemodialysis. This requires close attention to lab results/trends, dialysis prescription, vascular access assessment, bone management, anemia, hypertension, and other primary care needs.

To successfully care for dialysis patients, mid-level providers must communicate effectively with other care teams which include dialysis unit nurses, technicians, dieticians, and social workers. It is also important to work closely with the patients’ primary nephrologist.

The candidate must also be proficient with completing rounding visit notes in a timely manner, which requires faster typing speeds and ease of use in an electronic medical records system. Mid-level providers are also required to respond to questions from the dialysis units, patients, and staff.

Benefits:

Very comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 30 days. There is a 401(k) program after one year of employment and profit sharing after two years. Northwest Renal Clinic also has a very generous PTO program.

If you are interested in applying for this position, please contact Jonalyn Horsfall, Clinic Administrator, at [email protected]
