St. Margaret’s Center a premier Long Term Care Nursing Facility specializing in caring for children with developmental disabilities is currently seeking a Director of Nursing.
This DON will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of all daily operational Nursing Department Functions. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the nursing service policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Active Registered Nurses License in NYS required Bachelors degree in field of nursing preferred. Specialized Certification in Pediatrics, Education or Rehabilitation Nursing a plus. At least 5 years of related experience, specifically in: Long Term Care with a minimum of 3 years in an administrative and supervisory nursing capacity. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
